There should be information in all stores about vegan options. The staff in the most part are too busy to ask, when not too busy most have no idea.
Sort it Costa.
At the Costa in Stanstead airport yesterday I wanted to order a soya hot chocolate, and was told that the chocolate powder has milk in it! I asked if it has always been that way and they said no. I am allergic and was quite angry to find that out. I’m not sure whether it’s just that branch or if they have changed their choco powder recently.
