Well after my post about precycling of jars etc. I decided to save my jars from the last week or so and give them some hats!! Take 3 pasta sauce jars, a pickled beetroot jar, a jam jar and a peanut butter jar and make some pin cushions for the top and decorate with ribbon and pom pom trims and a large button with ribbon on one of them, stuck with sticky dots so that I can use the button if necessary. Organised buttons, ribbons, pompoms, beads, cotton reels and miscellaneous crafty bits. So whatever I’m sewing with, I will always have a pin cushion handy. I think I will have to save some cans and see what I can do with them next time.
